・Myoga 1/2
・Japanese Green Onion 1 oz
・Miso 2 tsp
・White Sesame 1 tsp
・Radish
・Okra
・Hojiso
2) Tuna Yamakake
・Tuna iii slices (cubed)
・White Sesame every bit needed
・Chinese Yam (grated) 1/3 Cup
・Wasabi every bit needed
3) Sea Urchin Gunkan
・Sea Urchin
・Shredded Nori
4) Seared Salmon & Ikura
・Salmon
・Ikura every bit needed
・Lemon
PREPARATION
1. Combine rice, sudachi juice, together with olice oil.
2. Fill 2 types of donut molds (circluar together with blossom shapes) alongside rice mixture. Fill 1 row of round out donuts half-way, add together tuna, hence comprehend remaining infinite alongside rice.
3. Press rice into molds using hands, hence flip together with free from molds.
4. (Flower donut) mix spanish mackerel, shiso leaf, myoga, japanese light-green onion, together with miso until texture is uniform.
5. Place mixutre on top. Garnish alongside slices of radish, okra, together with hojiso.
6. (Circle donut w/ tuna) dip up-side inward white sesame, fill upward pump alongside grated chinese yam, together with garnish alongside wasabi.
7. (Flower donut) layer body of body of water urchin on top, together with garnish alongside grated nori.
8. (Circle donut) wrap alongside slices of salmon.
9. Fill pump alongside ikura together with garnish alongside while of lemon.
